I had the pleasure of hiring Doug as an already accomplished and seasoned professional to work for Lyft. He was brought in to lead a new form of business for us around driver-based rentals. Doug brought a heightened level of professionalism and eagerness to excel in the program. He worked quickly to form relationships with peers and partners understanding the business and identifying key performance indicators needed for success. From his research and his industry knowledge, he was able to catapult our business as the frontrunner in the company and help develop key processes that are still in use today! Doug has always been a pivotal resource for the company and help to develop those in need. Often seeking out peers and training others was a daily process for Doug. From his leadership, he has proven a strong drive for the results and team engagement to those around him. I relished in the chance to lead Doug, as he has always been able to provide me with honest feedback to help me grow as a leader. I hope to collaborate with Doug on projects in the future, since I know he will always go above and beyond to get the job done.
