  I lead a team of about fifteen high school students as they created video entertainment and educational videos that were presented online. The team would meet once a week to brainstorm and write ideas for content, talk about important environmental issues in their communities and do productions. At least once a month, I would schedule an on location event where the students would shoot video, record sound, take still photography and act as reporters.
