Working from drawings to shape engineering products/components removal using machine tools under complex conditions Select & Set the correct jaws & tools for each job Setting the workshift & moving the offsets to keep the parts within tolerance Tolerance ranges vary however the usual tolerance is + or – 0.003” & occasionally it can be as tight as 0.001” Programming used is Mazatrol & Fanuc When required I create programs for both Mazatrol & Fanuc Main production is for oil & gas with Halliburton & Pump Tools being our main contractors The machines I use are Smartmaz 350, Doosans, Eagles & a Victor V-Turn Show less
