Intermediate Designer/Job Captain - Directed and collaborated on commercial, residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects; through schematic design development and construction document phases. Designed and drafted custom plans for residential remodel additions, tenant improvements, custom millwork and furnishings. Projects required not only a thorough understanding of existing building structures but also advanced knowledge in Revit, Autocad, SketchUp, Illustrator and Photoshop. Piazza design & layout in Little Italy.
