Doug has a rare talent of infusing highly proficient technical knowledge and understanding with a keen, creative marketing vision. He and his team provided our company with both deep insight and effective service for our search engine optimization and web analytics strategy. In our very first month of adopting his recommendations we realized a dramatic jump in our search engine placements and increased leads into our online channel.

This model includes agency capabilities in web site design and web architecture, multi-media / interactive user experience modeling, advanced web analytics, and search engine marketing / optimization. The ability to provide end to end interactive services for our clients has lead directly to securing BRC as agency of record for Cintas online and Cintas.com. This resulted in an additional 500 thousand dollars in new revenue for BRC in 2007 and a $32,000/month retainer agreement for 2008 for SEO and web analytics services.
