Internal Training • To conduct training to Bank’s Staff at all level on viable agriculture practices or parameters in series of road show. To enhance their abilities in evaluating technical aspects on agriculture projects financing. • Developed and update agriculture technical parameters manual periodically for bank wide reference. 3. Consultation and advisory • Provide consultation and advisory to the bank’s top management and staff when need arises on agriculture projects. • Conduct evaluation on agriculture technical farming parameters on new financing proposal and on failed projects.
