Durante anos na BRF ele viabilizou diversos projetos especiais de marketing como por exemplo a campanha de mascotes de pelúcia Sadia, realizada em 2009 e 2010. O desafio do projeto foi conectar a BRF em uma nova cadeia de fornecimento de produtos promocionais, ainda não estruturada naquele momento. Sempre proativo e com grande energia, Douglas é um ótimo parceiro de negócios que busca soluções fora da caixa e com alto nível de excelência.

I've had the opportunity to work with Douglas for less than a year but I can guarantee he has one of the most important roles in my career. He is kind, a successful lead, friend, teacher, funny, multitasking and professional. I am sure I will take everything I learned from him during all my career as a buyer, mainly how to start and develop a strategic sourcing and how to deal with all kinds of difficulties in my day-to-day. A US$ 4 mi bid won't be a challenge for me after having the pleasure to have Douglas as my supervisor. The difficulties and worries become so small when he leads you or a new project!
