  As a Circulation Manager I work directly with over 80 newspaper carriers who deliver several properties all across Eastern NC. I personally organize a District covering all of Martin County and a few routes within Pitt County consisting of 20+ Home Delivery and Single Copy Carriers and 4000+ Customers. I am responsible for handling customer disputes and problem solving delivery requests that Customer Service cannot resolve. I hire, train, and terminate carriers myself and direct them daily on when, how, and where to deliver. I travel all across the area, I meet with subscribers, promote sales, and route new locations.
