I've had the great fortune to work with Douglas directly and indirectly over our time together at T-Mobile, with every experience he brings his best effort, creativity and attitude. Having a solid background on customer focus myself, I've observed Douglas exhibits exceptional customer service skills, regardless of status as peer, customer or leadership. How many times we crossed paths where he took on a project to ensure better reliability and support to a product such as HPNA/MFNA, Granite, Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI) or countless others, you could be assured Douglas would not just act like an owner, he signifies himself to truly be the owner with his great attention to detail, willingness to learn/listen/observe from all information sources such as manuals (RTFM!), collaboration, and good, old-fashioned work/learn/try/grow. I would highly recommend him to any team and role he finds of interest and hope to cross paths professionally with him again as he's always that person you want on your team with his great dedication and ease to work with in any fashion.
