      • Apr 2015 - Present

Founded in 1980, COVA is a privately-owned engineering and EPC firm, providing solutions-based outcomes to numerous client partners throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Offering feasibility, planning, design and execution expertise within the built environment, COVA is renowned for an innovative approach to design, technical excellence, and ability to master complex projects within multiple disciplines. The firm’s range of capabilities include advisory services, project management, engineering services and EPC within numerous sectors.► With over 100 engineers, managers, quantity surveyors, consultants and technical specialists, COVA seeks to uphold a spirit of collaboration and partner relationships that are founded on open communication and mutual respect. As a Project Manager, I specialise in the management and delivery of large complex design and construct projects.Predominantly focused on the BMH and Organics sectors, I work on interesting and challenging projects across existing and emerging markets. In addition, I am responsible for the management and implementation of internal projects for the business. This includes virtualised IT infrastructure, a new finance and job management system, and the construction and fit-out of SEMF’s offices in Hobart and Sydney. ► COVA’s success is dependent on three key pillars: people, problems and honesty; constantly striving to retain the classic engineer’s relationship to problems, and focusing on working alongside its clients to provide high-value solutions to large-scale projects. Not only has this cemented the firm’s reputation for thought leadership, but it has influenced its sharp commercial awareness and encouraged a long-term commitment to providing value and quality.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
