Doug is a resilient and resourceful Creative Director. No matter whether the figurative curve ball came from a change in creative approach, to production logistics or client expectations, he was always able to catch it and deliver top results. As a Producer at a fast-paced agency, it was a huge relief to know he could weather the storm with me and was always up for brainstorming creative solutions so we could work as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

Doug is the whole package. To be with him during a creative brief and hear him rattle off witty and strategic copy is a true delight. He is one of those truly collaborative leaders who inspires those around him to think outside the box. Doug is dedicated to pushing for what is best for the brand, and doesn’t hesitate to challenge clients in this pursuit. And while he is possibly the busiest person in the agency, Doug always makes time for hilarious, related conversations with co-workers—a rare thing indeed. The best days were those when I stopped by his desk, and I cannot stress enough how invaluable it was to learn from his expertise as a newcomer to this business.
