Doug Wells is a culmination of intelligence, professionalism and tenacity delivered with a seasoned approach. I owe a significant portion of my success in business and in life to Doug Wells. I was fortunate enough to have been mentored through his patience and expertise. Doug instills the behaviors and discipline required to uphold oneself and his or her team to a much higher standard. Doug's ability to cultivate his team via example, strategy and accountability has proven to be the cornerstone for his and others successes. In my 17+ years of conducting business in C-Level environments, I can say unequivocally that Doug Wells is one of the most humble yet powerful leaders I have had the pleasure to work with and to learn from.

Doug was a critical player in the success of the Barclaycard US remote technology development and testing center in Colorado Springs, CO. As the Sr. Account Manager for SESC, Doug was our on-site partner to oversee and lead the daily operations of the large team. He worked seamlessly with our Sr. Leader and helped ensure the Barclays values and behaviors were embedded in the culture of this remote location. Doug's strong leadership and unique mentoring skills helped develop a culture of transparency, development and achievement directly in line with the broader team in Wilmington. The integrity demonstrated by Doug and the SESC team during our partnership was exemplary and truly instrumental to the broad success. I would highly recommend Doug for any leadership role where integrity, respect, positive team development and results are paramount and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
