I worked with Doug on a KOC pipeline telemetry project. The client was very challenging and the project manager/engineer was quite demanding. Doug did a great job of balancing the day-to-day crises with the overall schedule, and ensuring that everything stayed on track. His supervisory style is friendly and open, essentially acting as an advisor/peer. I think this was due in no small part to the amount of experience he had. Where someone else might be overwhelmed or be overstressed by the complexity of the task at hand, Doug's experience and confidence allowed him to maintain an even keel, which in turn inspired those he worked with to do their best. I would not hesitate to recommend Doug, and look forward to working with him again.
