This was an internship position, working along side the full-time IT team. I was able to take concepts that I was learning in school and apply them hands on at this job. I helped support the user base in person and using remote utilities. I interacted with all levels of the company which kept things interesting and fun. I provided hardware and software support along with low to mid level administration duties, mostly through Active Directory. This job was my first real look into how IT is implemented into modern companies. I really enjoyed working with the people there and the company as a whole. Show less
