The role included on site work where investigations were incredibly time sensitive and the work sometimes had to be conducted in a covert manner. I then progressed on to lead the team of 20 mobile device analysts ensuring all work was completed on time, on budget and most importantly done in a forensically sound way. Shared responsibility for recruiting new staff and devised and delivered a complete mobile device forensics training course to new recruits.
