This includes facilitating design and implementation of assisted and self-service applications that optimize the servicing of end customer inquiries. Prior to joining DDV in 1998, Doug spent 11 years with GE Capital IT Solutions and GE Capital Consulting. He was the managing director of the Enterprise Automation practice at GE Capital Consulting. There, he was responsible for opening a sales territory, establishing a new branch office and overseeing a newly established Advanced Solutions Group that focused on document imaging, workflow and document management solutions. Many of the Six Sigma practices he adopted there have transferred to the DDV team. Outside of the office, Doug is a walleye fisherman and golfer.
