My responsibilities include building and maintaining a successful business through utilizing the tools given to me from the corporate team to achieve a positive comp over last year. Building and training a successful team of customer service experts to deliver the quality brand message that Lacoste has set forth over the past 80+ years of business. Managing payroll effectively and using reports to analyze the business trends and bring the store in line with company expectations. I was in charge of overseeing the daily routines of the store through delegation of my associates and networking with my partner stores to problem solve. Being a store director means that you are a business leader and are charged with staying current with the climate of the retail industry to produce a healthy business growth over the previous years profits/losses. I was also part of a corporate training team that pioneered a new on boarding process and would hold regional and market training… Show more I was in charge of overseeing the daily routines of the store through delegation of my associates and networking with my partner stores to problem solve. It was my responsibility to travel to all retail divisions (Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie, Hollister and Ruehl) and train visual associates and to critique a stores environment and visual standards. Partnering with the visual teams I would ensure that we had the best and brightest merchants to present a visually appealing store for customers to shop in. I was based in South Florida covering Palm Beach down through Miami.
