I worked with Doug on many Modo branding projects over the years, culminating in a substantial overhaul of the brand that required we work closely for an extended period. Besides being one of the loveliest people you'll ever get the chance to work with, Doug is a strong and effective collaborator and communicator. At the heart of his approach are deep listening skills that result in consistent delivery of brand materials that concisely and coherently reflect what can sometimes be fairly abstract concepts in order to bring a brand to life. His articulate, intentional and savvy approach to each project produces high quality, meaningful work for his clients, who will also appreciate working with such a class act. I look forward to seeing what brilliance Doug brings forth next in his career.

Car Borne (they/them)

Responsible for researching, interviewing, analyzing, strategizing, copywriting, art directing and notorious for brewing the best coffee. Doug is a rare breed, striking the perfect balance between strategic and creative thinking. He is dedicated to his clients, passionate about the work and smart. Doug is an inspiring leader and exceptional colleague. I expect many great things to come from this man and I hope to have the opportunity to continue working and collaborating with him in the future.
