I worked with Doug for many years and in fact was part of the process for hiring Doug into Time Warner as TWBusiness was expanding. Doug has always been focused on the customer. He brought several skills when he came and through Time Warner's leadership development continued to grow. Anyone who gets a chance to hire Doug will be very satisfied. Doug initially started our TWBusiness NOC in Cincinnati, later hiring the supervisors to run it. He knows talent. His background is technology, management and he's been involved in capex, hiring, HR, and people development.
