Delivery and strategy for oppenheimerfunds.com and multiple other public facing Digital properties. Migrated from a legacy on premise deployment to a AWS EC2 and Elastic Beanstalk cloud deployment. Saved the company millions in infrastructure and support costs while increasing site page performance 40%. Designed and developed the only solution in the financial services industry to integrate with all DST platforms concurrently to present a user a consolidated view of all their investment vehicles. This included the ability to perform all financial transactions and account maintenance. This application was deployed on AWS Elastic Beanstalk and could scale to handle millions of simultaneous requests. Developed identity platform to handle Single Sign on across all Oppenheimerfunds digital properties. This open standards solution allowed for use of social sign on to gain access to the websites restricted content. Design and implementation of Dual Factor Authentication utilizing ForgeRock Digital Identity Platform. Design and development of the iOS application for the CEO Advisor Institute program. This mobile app delivered many types of digital content for advisors to learn and grow their firms. Production delivery of software to high volume financial transaction system that serviced 7.5 million customers and handled hundreds of millions transactions daily. Developed and implemented detailed QA methodologies to ensure high quality deliverables in a heavily regulated and high volume financial services environment. The new platform currently manages 5 million annual inbound calls to route to the appropriate agent or account manager based upon intelligent skills based routing. It handles the workflow, notification and escalation of 500k annual cases assigned throughout the enterprise. This implementation was a full replacement of all disparate processing systems onto a global ERP platform.
