Doug Apt is someone that is full of knowledge in all aspects of the business world. I had the pleasure of working along side Doug at Coverall where we both experienced great success. Doug was able to show me the inner workings of the franchising world, and his advice is still a constant framework for my professional journey. Coming in to my own position at Coverall with little to no knowledge of how franchising worked, it was very important that I had someone to look to for guidance. Doug not only helped the Coverall St. Louis office and franchise owners, he also helped me learn the business. Doug was able to show me how to balance the relationships of customers and franchise owners.
