Bio
Randy Rapin, PMP
Doug is a solution oriented individual who is attentive to the details but never loses sight of the wider objective. I had the pleasure of working with him where I served as the project scheduler and his prior knowledge combined with his ability to pull the team together and support our project controls effort directly related to the projects overall success. His grasp of construction processes and procedures will be instrumental in driving operational change via technological initiatives at his new role at Shiel Sexton. I would recommend Doug as a valuable asset to any client or project and hope to work with him in the future.
