      My tasks primarily focuses on our users experiences with our data products, services and education.I conduct user research in order to get insights on where we can do better. This has e.g. resulted in a new reporting template, a new landingpage design, new BI courses, and a new process for users applying for access to data. I use e.g. personas and customer journey mapping in the exploration of new insights and idea generation. For testable mock-ups I use UXPin. Testing with users and having a continous dialogue with them is very energizing and always motivates me to keep on improving our products and services. Communication is a big part of my job. I'm the editor of our intranet site (Episerver), where I also post news and operation status, which I also sent out by mail via Mailchimp. Communication tasks also include graphical work in Illustrator, InDesign, Visme and Canva. I also make animated video guides with the tool Vyond.Until 2018 I was the secretary for the BI Board in Region Midtjylland.Since April 2020 I have been responsible for the internal It UX-network while my colleague is on maternity leave.
