I was Dorothy’s supervisor and mentor for 1 year, during which time she completed her internship as a part of her M.A. in Educational Technology. During this time, Dorothy demonstrated a good ability to learn complex material through speaking with multiple SMEs and performing independent research. She effectively organized the material into meaningful and connected chunks and created storyboards to explain her ideas. Dorothy had a solid ability to conceive and create illustrations and animations, which helped explain her complex instructional content.
