  This position required me to handle the client intake process for all Phoenix House facilities in NH. From adolescents, to adults, to those who were institutionalized, and incarcerated. Every call regarding rehabilitation treatment for those suffering with Substance Misuse, came through to our office, so crisis intervention is a skill I would say is one of my fortes. I worked with PO's, concerned family, counselors, parents, concerned family, and the clients directly to ensure they were appropriate for our facility, and if so, given a bed as quickly as possible.
