      My contract was to replace the CEO's assistant during her vacation and to assist her in all corporate support for the president in Brazil. The scope of my work was based on training that I would receive from her that was in the retirement process, therefore she had to plan and coordinate her succession due to the relevance of this position in the company. With only 3 months in the company I was challenged to replace her for 30 days’ vacation, the result was quite satisfactory and the feedback from the CEO was highly positive. It was my responsibility to charge every morning the sending reports from all directors, once it was the first activity of the CEO at the beginning of the day. Carefully managing the corporate agenda with all internal and external commitments was fundamental because the president was very requested, there were monthly meetings with the Minister of Health in Brasília, attending as speaker at several international conferences, it also was my responsibility to organize all these trips. The headquarters in Brazil was constantly visited by people and employees from many countries and all logistics needs like accommodation, ground transportation, meetings, dinners and workshops were planned and executed by me, with the supervision of CEO's assistant that still remained in the position. At the end of my contract, which was outsourced, the company faced a serious financial crisis due to loss of the patent of the leading sales drug in Brazil, and then the company has not renewed any outsourcing labor contract.
