I represent Magicline France customer support for Sport Alliance. Sport Alliance is based in Hamburg, Germany and aims to digitalise the fitness industry. To achieve this, we offer Magicline, the all-in-one gym management software, which is already used by more than 5000 customers in Europe. My mission is to train and support our customers on Magicline, so that they have all the cards in hand to boost their business! Short about me : - I started working in sales and have a strong ability to manage and satisfy customers. - Then, I got the opportunity to develop my skills in the french army as a communication manager for a paratrooper cavalry unit. In 5 years I have developed my ability to deal with stress and pressure. The constant work with journalists, both in France and abroad, has enabled me to strengthen my customer relations skills.
