Dori was a joy to work with. We worked together finding her a new role here in the Tulsa area where she could be apart of a team. We were able to find her just that, and all the feedback I've received about how Dori is doing in her new role has been EXTREMELY positive. It always nice working with professionals that make you look good, and that is Dori to a T

Dorinda is a real pleasure to work with. She is very dedicated in her line of work and always convey a pro-active attitude towards her clients. Her goal-oriented behavior sets her up for success in any sort of task. The ability to handle multiple projects while sustaining a positive attitude comes second nature to her. There was never a time where she couldn't find an answer in her line of work. If there is a way, Dorinda will more than likely find the best solution. I know that Dorinda will be an amazing asset to any industry or company that sets their eyes on growth and success. Her intellectual capacity in programmer, along with customer service and management skills, will set her apart from others in her field. With a great personality and a vision for growth, Dorinda will perform at her best in any circumstances.

Provided frontend design, backend programming, and support for 150+ client websites. Kudos to the many wonderful USAgNet clients I worked with over the years: PDPW (Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin), Dairy AdvanCE, International Protein Sires, Weiss Realty, Digi-Star, Indiana Berry, Meyer Manufacturing, Wisconsin Agricultural Education, and the Association of Women in Agriculture - UW-Madison, and so many more. Each and every one helped me to learn and grow, not only as a programmer, but also as a human being. What I did: • Served as a project owner, project manager, and team member • Handled projects from start to finish, taking ownership of and responsibility for the full software development life cycle (SDLC) • Accustomed to managing multiple projects and requests, frequently switching between tasks • Collaborated with owners, team members, and third parties to achieve project goals • Worked closely with clients, discussing project requirements, making recommendations, tracking progress, and seeking feedback • Evaluated and made determinations as to the suitability of software tools and web-based services, taking into consideration cost, usability, and effectiveness • Advised management and coworkers of best approaches to IT system design • Mentored team members, providing technical training and project guidance • Estimated development completion time and made decisions to positively affect project outcome • Prepared detailed technical specifications and documentation for complex programming projects • Performed code debugging and QA (Quality Assurance) checks through W3C validation and user testing

One might say my work history has made me "well-rounded". There are certainly a lot of stories to tell. :) Some of the jobs were rewarding, fun and exciting, while others were, ummm... not so glamorous. Here are some of the more memorable ones: - Crew Member, Wisconsin Conservation Corps (a tree twisted on a knot, fell and smashed my chainsaw) - Wireless / Cell Phone Sales, Walmart (someone left a booger on the Tracfone renewal card) - Assistant Disc Jockey, Tone Deaf DJ (parTEE at the weddings!) - Driver / general laborer, crackfilling crew, Fahrner Asphalt (grilling ears of corn in the tar kettle) - General labor, Canning department, Del Monte (fungus in the green beans?!?) - Cashier, Lawn and Garden Department, Shopko (lessons on theft and loss tolerance) - Customer service rep, Figi's Inc. (this is what it means to sit in a cubicle) - Call out survey taker, WGLX radio station, Wisconsin Rapids (Classic Rock wins the day!) - Cashier, Burger King (the drive-thru speed challenge)

Worked at Domtar's Port Edwards and Nekoosa plants in Finishing, Paper Machines, Roll Wrap, Beaters, Wood Room, and Shipping. Survived extreme working conditions: deafening noise levels, heat, humidity, chemicals, dust, moving equipment, dangerous machinery (think sheeter slitters and pinch points), rotating work schedules, forced double shifts and sleep deprivation. Positions and duties: clamp truck driver, fork lift driver, carton assembly, paper trimmer, skid wrapper, cut size sheeter operator, sealing machine operator, cartizer operator and more. Started in "Utility" (lowest) bracket and was trained to work in "A" (highest) bracket in less than five years. Made lifelong friends and some decent money, dreamed of something better, and left after six years to start my own business.
