Radar de Media is a publication of media niche, one of the first launched in Romania (www.radardemedia.ro). As Editor in Chief, I coordinate editorial team (editors, reporters, photographers, IT, graphics), I establish the topics and the editorial plan; - Editor / edit news reports, interviews; -I establish strategies and promote the content; - Participation in media events; - I am responsible for the online marketing and content strategy of the publication ,site management, graphics, SEO, social media accounts management; - I make strategies and tactics to promote content through partnerships, PR, maintaining relationships with media partners (media trusts, television companies, other sites, etc.) - I use direct mailing, campaigns, management, - I organize workshops for students (internships) in online journalism; - I implemented a system for the interpretation of television audiences on www.radardemedia.ro As organized ‘Radar de Media Awards’ (three editions), the only event that rewards people, media products and TV celebrities, in a live show. At the last Show, we have had over 500 guests who represent part of the media (journalists, TV stars, celebrities in showbiz), advertising, communication and business. The event was broadcasted in part, on: Pro TV, Kanal D, Antena 1, Antena Stars. In total there were over 120 appearances in the press (online press, audio-visual press). I managed all activities related to the organization of the event such as setting locations, technical requirements, invitations, promotional materials, partnerships, budgets, sponsorship, artistic (e.g.- artistic scenario writing, coordinating crew, presenters, a.s.o.). I was responsible with management and monitoring the activities of the communications department in a media project for student learning National Romanian Television and Sigma TV studious.
