At the beginning of freshman year, I met Dorie, someone who stuck out in a large crowd. She was a bright, young, and positive individual who was motivated to do the best work at Butler University. Over the past four years, I have studied and worked with her on a variety of occasions, and I am never let down by her work or attitude. I had the pleasure of supervising Dorie during her fall 2009 internship with TF Publishing. During the four months Dorie worked at our company, her ability to quickly learn and understand our business impressed me. During her internship, she was able to witness and participate in numerous aspects of the day-to-day business, which has given her great perspective as a potential employee for any company. As Dorie’s resume shows, she has the ability to succeed in the classroom and in the workplace.
