Dorian is a classic example of "never judge a book by it's cover". He has an incredible thirst for knowledge, and absorbs new ideas quickly. He has outstanding initiative and works very focused. I enjoyed working with Dorian and he was my go-to person to improve operations and build excellence in our teams. He was truly a pleasure to work with and an inspiration to those that work with and around him. His energy is infectious and his talent in building strong teams is evident by the respect he receives from not only his team, but to those around him.
