  The Race and Trust in Government Study, a research project headed by University of California, University of Illinois and Northwestern University, draws on original qualitative and quantitative data on individuals from the City of Chicago and San Francisco Bay areas to better understand the social, political, and cultural factors that shape levels of trust and distrust in the United States.Conducts 1-2 hour long interviews with research participants from the Chicago area and Bay Area over Zoom to better understand their perspectives on the US government at the local and national level.Catalogues participants' responses into online database for accessibility and accuracy when transcribed and analyzed.
