  • Handling the timely process of outsourcing of non-performing loans and credit cards to the Debt Collections Agencies with accurate and complete information. • Develop and Cascade to the debt collection agencies their performance targets, performance measures and collection strategies that are in line with the banks process, policy and regulatory requirements. • Analyse the performance of the debt collection agencies portfolio via a generated MI report and also ensure that emerging trends in the portfolio are identified and effective collection strategies developed and cascaded to the agencies for implementation. • Ensure that the agencies are informed about their performance regularly during the course of each month and hold Monthly discussions on their performance. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports showing the debt collection agencies performance for the recoveries manager use, and included also commentaries and insight of the individual agency performance, highlighting any collection trends. • Observe and monitor the Debt Collection Agencies conduct in dealing with the allocated accounts and ensure that it is in accordance with the set regulatory standard legislation, contractual agreement and that they adhere to the banks policies and procedures.
