  As a member of the executive board of these positions have brought me some great opportunities for leadership.   Involved with daily construction and maintenance of grain storage units, and their constituent parts and machinery. Involved working outdoors for extended periods of time and manual loading and lifting of materials. Needed to be able to plan ahead and come up with alternative strategies for maintenance and repair issues. Also involved working outdoors for ~8 hours per day in many different weather conditions and temperatures. Cooperating with others as well as individual planning were required for the job site to function properly and on schedule.
