As team lead, I had to multitask and do both frontend and backend development including deploying and version control. Our lack of numbers in the engineering department had a slight toll on work effiency in terms of deadline and production times, but it gave me the perfect opportunity to hone my skills at multitasking, web development and work psychology. Besides these, I also got the chance to lead a team and improve my leadership skills on the job.
