(2) HHC, 1-212th Aviation - First Sergeant for a company of 75 personnel; responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative activities of flight school support unit; supporting the operations of 220 Army aircraft; supervising airfield base operations, flight operations, and ALSE (Aircraft Life Support Equipment) shop activities; training and professional development of assigned personnel. Quality Control inspector for the airfield contract security. 12th Aviation Brigade - Brigade and Battalion Staff (MSG) - Plans and Training section for a Blackhawk Helicopter unit. Senior enlisted adviser for the S3 staff section supervising an enlisted staff of 14 with duties of taskings, schools, and flight operations supervisor; team member for the deployment and operation of the unit’s aircraft, vehicles, and personnel to combat operations in Kuwait and Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Brigade Force Protection NCO managing guard detail and rotation for six airfield perimeter guard towers.
