Donovan reported to me at Smith Capital Engineering. He was brought on board to start up the Truck mounted Crane Division. His knowledge of the market as well as the product group exceeded expectations and he added value pretty much from day one. He worked closely with our supplier and managed the process from product selection, through shipping, up to the final sale. He built up a team of sales people and was instrumental in closing out business opportunities with new and existing customers. He was a real team player and integrated well into the company.
