We were lucky to have had Donovan as our son' second grade teacher. He has a 360 degree awareness of his students' emotional/intellectual states. He a great guy to speak with at anytime and goes beyond the call of duty to effect positive change. In short he is one of those gifted teachers that can really impact the long term course of learning in a child's life.
