I am the Direct Department manager for hosts, takeout, servers, and bartenders (~35 employees) where I hire, schedule, provide progressive discipline, and terminate. I oversee daily operations including reaching goals with labor/food/liquor costs, customer satisfaction, and I put together bank deposits after closing. I review our P&Ls in order to better understand our controllable profits and make adjustments where needed. I created an excel program to view pertinent statistics for our meat cutting $ wastes which I update and send to the entire market and its upper management twice a week. I maintain store facilities i.e. plumbing issues, electrical problems, and carpentry faults. My current restaurant is a training store where I train others on how to be successful in a supervisory position. Show less
