Much of my work is spent transforming archaic financial operations into nimble "profit centers" which rely on competent staff and emerging technologies to ensure both high level customer service and federal compliance. We have shifted the paradigm in the mortgage servicing industry to show that an optimally run operation can financially offset low periods when banks are not making loans and can consistently rely on the revenue generated by servicing operations. Conversely we also help clients understand when it is best to outsource their servicing, and assist them with this transition and vendor selections / management. Specifically we offer recruiting / staff augmentation services, project management assistance, compliance / auditing services as well as a thorough organizational change management / learning and communication practice.
