  tRIIO, is a Joint Venture between Morrison Utility Services and Skanska UK to deliver a £2.3bn, 8-year Gas Distribution Strategic Partnership (GDSP)on behalf of Cadent/National Grid. Currently the lead director with overall contract responsibilities within the joint venture including safety, engineering, design, delivery, customer and stakeholder satisfaction, resourcing, commercial, finance, procurement, logistics and data functions. Overall budget, profit/loss and cashflow accountability for an annual turnover of circa £370m. Responsible for circa 3500 people with a mixture of directly employed and subcontract personnel. tRIIO’s footprint covers the East of England and North London Cadent gas networks which contain the geography of Sheffield to Central London. Work activities include the mains replacement programme (circa 1100km per annum), customer connections, diversions, reinforcements, MOBs, provision of base labour, London Medium Pressure Scheme, Business to Business connections, reinstatement and complex works. Act as escalation point and key contact for Cadent’s Director of GDSP. Executive leadership roles include; Head of tRIIO Leadership Board; JV Board; MUS Gas Exec team; Partnership Assurance Board (PAB), and sponsor of the tRIIO mental health awareness programme which has developed from one to over 150 Mental Health First Aiders
