Donna led an engaged nationwide, remote event for our company and I would highly recommend her as a speaker. She presented on Imposter Syndrome with specific examples that resonated with the audience (a diverse group of genders, responsibilities, and backgrounds). Donna encouraged others to speak up and worked well with the panel of employees. She provided an excellent exercise for the group. Most importantly, Donna delivered a safe place for an honest discussion and her manner encouraged others to speak up. I would highly recommend Donna for a remote or in-person event. She will work with you to deliver the presentation or workshop that works well for your group.

Working with Donna has been so enlightening, productive and refreshing. As a strong woman in healthcare leadership, I now have the confidence and skills to communicate with my team members and Board of Directors, even in high stress situations. Donna gave me tools to keep my thoughts and objectives prioritized/organized and to speak authoritatively, while using my affiliative skills to create strong professional relationships. Some major strategies I have been able to implement and practice since working with Donna: ‘Respectfully 'telling not asking', delegating effectively, and always finding a way to provide Grace to yourself.’ I highly recommend anyone wanting to find their inner leader and be able to communicate effectively with others to consider working with Donna as your Communications coach!

LIVE and on-air for more than 2 decades. I served on stations in Boston, Providence and Worcester as anchor, reporter, producer and voiceover artist. I also hosted the VWR interviews in Providence & Worcester from 2003-2009 and interviewed more than 100 famous and accomplished women including Sarah McLaughlin, Maryanne Williamson and Gloria Steinam. It was my pleasure to have led countless events as a keynote speaker, facilitator and mistress of ceremonies. I also organized and hosted community events, garnering hundreds of participants and numerous sponsors. My voice was featured on radio and television, locally, regionally and nationally. Do I still have a home voiceover studio and do a bit of moonlighting? Yes...If the light is shining in the right direction and you provide the script.
