I always enjoy working with Donna. She is the type of person that fits into any team seamlessly.       Experienced bid managers are in short supply, and Business Stream had a vacancy that they knew it was going to take them some time to find right person for the job. They were also going through an exciting period of change with the English non-domestic water market opening to competition, and their takeover of the non-household customer base of Southern Water (B2B). For this reason, the commercial team knew that their bidding process needed to be in the best shape possible to harness the opportunities that these two changes would bring. I worked with Business Stream as part of Red Review for almost two years helping them build their bid management function into a pivotal part of their commercial team. Achievements included: - Multiple tender wins amounting to more than £100m per annum - Strategically important framework agreement wins - A complete review of the bid process and the commercial team's use of Salesforce for bid success - A complete refresh of their bid approval processes to support the sales function and provide a robust audit trail for the business - Bid library content and proposal template development to ensure that there was an excellent starting point for all bids and proposal.
