As Dean of the College of Business, I was responsible for the programs, curriculum, faculty, budgeting, strategic planning and operational implementation for the college. During my tenure as Dean, the university received approval to add the university’s only Ph.D. program – the Ph.D. in Human Capital Management. During my six years as the Dean of the College of Business, I also served as the Interim Dean for both the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Professional Studies.
