    • Registrar - Local Student Recruitment
      • Dec 2002 - Jun 2012

As Registrar of Toorak College I was responsible for the recruitment of local students. I developed the “Student Ambassador Program” taking students to local feeder schools to market Toorak College to prospective students. Successfully implemented the “Boy oh Boy” marketing campaign introducing boys through to Year 6 – when Toorak College was previously viewed as an all girls’ environment. I increased enrolments despite a fiercely competitive environment where students were offered scholarships to attend competing co-ed schools in need of girls. Repeatedly achieved high attendance at open days and scholarship testing ensuring high level of interest and healthy waitlists by direct marketing to our CRM database and external media advertising.
