  Donna joined Macquarie Group in 2008 in the Private Placements Group of Macquarie Funds Group. Her role encompassed raising capital from superannuation funds, pension funds and high net worth clients for Macquarie’s suite of alternative investment funds. Donna’s role also included the origination of separate account mandates with superannuation fund and asset consulting clients. Her role later expanded when she joined Macquarie Capital, the investment banking arm of the bank with responsibility for client origination across the Australasian institutional investor base.
