She is a pleasure to work with in setting up the class schedules/details and is a great presenter/facilitator. The class participants love her style and she builds lasting relationships with everyone she comes in contact with. As a service provider, she provides me detailed feedback on class ooutcomes and possible new directions. Since Donna began supporting our training, I have added new classes to our calendar.
