Invoice queries and Administration Duties Key Objective: To ensure that all invoice queries are resolved within the required departmental timescales and to carry out various administration duties Key tasks: • Working with the Specials team to ensure all supplier invoice queries are dealt with within the timescales required • Assist the purchasing department on product related issues eg complaints etc and expedite any major queries to the Product Managers • Working with the Specials team to raise, place and chase supplier purchase orders 3. Product Database Key Objective: To assist the Specials Manager with ad-hoc product file maintenance duties Key tasks: • Help with managing the progress product file ensuring that all relevant product data and supplier information is current. • To assist is the management of supplier price updates to ensure that prices are effective on the correct day and in accordance with pricing regulations • To assist in the transition of the Stat Plus Opal computer system onto the Group Progress system 4.
