Invoice queries and Administration Duties Key Objective: To ensure that all invoice queries are resolved within the required departmental timescales and to carry out various administration duties Key tasks: • Working with the Specials team to ensure all supplier invoice queries are dealt with within the timescales required • Assist the purchasing department on product related issues eg complaints etc and expedite any major queries to the Product Managers • Working with the Specials team to raise, place and chase supplier purchase orders 3.
