My main roles are training and signing off carer competencies, carer supervision and creating and updating care plans and risk assessments. I liaise closely with local CCG's and social care to ensure safeguarding compliance within my packages of care. I regularly conduct care assessments to ensure that we are providing an adequate amount of care and that the charge rate is appropriate for the package.
