This was an initiative I have created to enhance the quality of the service provided• Help support and guide centre leaders to embrace and encourage cultural diversity and work together as a team to bring out the strengths of each educator and staff member. • Reduce the staff turnover and develop incentive programs to encourage educator to upgrade their qualifications which was evident when during Covid 19 last year a number of educators upgraded qualifications • Regular meetings with the marketing department to develop strategies around the organisational community plans and initiatives.

I was required to know these across all five states as I was heavily involved in each centres Assessment & Rating processes and negotiating with stakeholders and departments across the various states.
